Our senior editor is a seasoned tax lawyer who has been practising law since 1992. Holding a graduation degree in B.Com from Bareilly College (MJPR University) and a post-graduate degree in law from the same college, Mr Ashwani Tripathi has been empanelled by various companies. He has wide knowledge in the fields of Accounts, Finance and Management, making him of immense help for the journal as well as its readers.

Senior Editor Shivani Lahoti has been associated with Amity Law School, Delhi (GGSIPU) as a UGC NET qualified Assistant Professor of Law since April 2018. She graduated with a B.A.LLB degree from University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU after which she went to do her masters in specializing in Intellectual Property laws from National Law University, Jodhpur. She is an academician currently aspiring to pursue her PhD in the near future.

Kuldeep Singh


Senior Editor Kuldeep Singh is currently practising law independently in the Dwarka District Court. He has completed his graduation in B.Com from Delhi University and has acquired a degree in law from the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut in 1998. During his practice in the legal field, he has appeared in various high-profile cases and is an active member of Delhi High Court Bar Association and Dwarka Court Bar Association.

Senior Editor Hemant Mehla has been a functional professional with 15 years of extensive experience in the Legal Profession and is presently additional Secretary at Saket Bar Association. He has pursued his L.L.B from B.K.D College,  Jhansi, MP and is currently a practicing Advocate at Delhi High Court and District Courts. Having expertise in criminal, civil and various other tribunals, he is also actively associated with MNCs as a panel advocate.
